BAYWAVE SPECTATOR ENTRY FEE NZCT AIMS GAMES Swimming and Waterpolo spectators (adult/student) will be charged $1.00 per day. Spectators will pay the $1.00 entry fee at Baywave reception, their hand will be stamped so they can come & go as much as they like during that day. |

ELIGIBILTY
All schools that are financial members of NZAIMS are runners in the Year
7 and Year 8 Division.

REFEREE
The committee will appoint a referee to whom general complaints
can be directed. Any complaints must be lodged in writing to the referee
within 15 minutes of the completion of the race and accompanied by $50.00.
The Team Manager is the only person who may approach the Referee on a matter
of disqualification or ruling.
All swimmers to have met the stated qualifying times (‘No times’ will not
be accepted on individual registration form that is returned to Sport BOP
Friday 30th July).

MEDAL PRESENTATION
• Medals will be awarded to 1st, 2nd , 3rd place in each event per year group (as soon as possible after each event poolside on the finals night).
• Medals presented to overall points winners for the Year 7 & 8, Boys and Girls at the official AIMS GAMES Closing Ceremony on Friday 10th September 1.00pm at the QEYC.
• Relay Cup awarded to the winning school with combined points from the 4 x 50m Freestyle and 4 x 50m Medley at the official AIMS GAMES Closing Ceremony on Friday 10th September 1.00pm at the QEYC.
• Top School Cup awarded to the winning school with combined points from the individual A Finals
(Points are 1st = 11, 2nd = 9, 3rd = 8, 4th = 7 and so on at the official AIMS GAMES Closing Ceremony on Friday 10th September 1.00pm at the QEYC.
RISK MANAGEMENT
All participants are reminded that they compete at their own risk and
absolve all marshals, helpers and volunteers from any blame or claim.
It is your responsibility to keep on the course. The organizers will
manage risk during the event’s programmed activities. This does not
include transport to and from the venues, leisure activities or accommodation
arrangements. Clear instruction to coaches / team managers will be
given about the extent of the organizers responsibilities at the Sunday
night managers meeting.
The NZCT AIMS GAMES Meet will be conducted under the technical rules of FINA with local rules taking precedence including the following:
- The Organizing Committee reserves the right to determine the number of Officials.
- The Organizing Committee reserves the right to restrict the number of entries or combine events where necessary.
- Swimmers will be supplied with a complimentary NZCT AIMS GAME swimming cap (optional to wear at the NZCT AIMS GAMES swimming event.)
- Electronic timing will be used for this meet.
- The Monday Night Heat Programme will be handed out at the Managers Meeting on the Sunday night of the Opening Ceremony.
- Events will be swum as per the programme below however the Organizing Committee reserve the right to restrict the number of entries for any event or combine events where necessary.
