ELIGIBILTY
All schools that are financial members of NZAIMS are eligible to enter
golfers in the Girls and Boys Divisions.

HANDICAP RESTRICTIONS
• Maximum handicap is 36.0 for boys and girls.
•
All players must be a financial member of a New Zealand Golf Club.
• All
players must have an official 18 hole handicap registered on www.golf.co.nz as of the 21st May 2010.
• One team per school - this team is to consist of the four students with the lowest handicap (girls or boys).
• Extra players can enter as an individual.

SUPERVISION
Each school must have one adult in charge of students. Adults will be required to walk with each group to assist with the pace of play (no caddies or playing advice to be given). Coaches / managers / parents are not entitled to play the course, whilst the tournament is in progress.
MEDAL PRESENTATION
Individual place getters (Gross and Stableford) will be presented with their medals at the Mount Maunganui Golf Club at the conclusion of the last round. The School Teams place getters will receive their medals and winning cup at the official NZCT AIMS GAMES Closing Ceremony on Friday 10th September 1.00pm at the QEYC.
RISK MANAGEMENT
The organizers will manage risk during the event’s programmed activities. This does not include transport to and from the venues, leisure activities or accommodation arrangements. Clear instruction to coaches / team managers will be given about the extent of the organizers responsibilities at the Sunday night managers meeting and in the “Terms and Conditions of Entry”.
