NZCT AIMS GAMES CHAIRPERSONS REPORT
On behalf of the staff and students of the Western Bay Intermediate/Middle Schools, the Tauranga City Council, New Zealand Community Trust and Sport Bay of Plenty, I am extending to you a cordial invitation to attend the eighth NZCT Aims Games Sports Tournament (The NZCT AIMS GAMES), to be held in Tauranga Sunday 28th August - Friday 2nd September 2011.
We hope that you will feel challenged and excited with the opportunity to compete as an individual or in a team against the best of your age in New Zealand in fifteen different sports.
Each of the fifteen sports being offered in 2011 are being hosted in superb facilities/locations where you as elite sports persons will have the opportunity to perform at your best. The NZCT AIMS GAMES have quickly established themselves as the elite sporting competition for emerging adolescents in New Zealand and your participation in 2011 will enhance the reputation of your tournament. A warm welcome to our new sport of Indoor Bowls.
We are delighted again to have the support of the NZ Community Trust in what has become one of the largest school tournaments in New Zealand.
We hope you will take the opportunity to visit our lovely city and to enjoy the outstanding sports and social program that will be provided for you.
